Refund policy

League name, match of the week and banner are sold by takeover. When you pay, your name goes up on the site at once and stays until someone pays more or the week locks with you as the sponsor. If someone outbids you before the lock, we open a full refund of your payment at that moment, without you asking; Paddle returns the money to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days. You can bid again at the new price. Once a week has locked with you as its sponsor, that week is delivered and the payment is final.

Team name prefix and stadium name are sold per team for one or more weeks. You can cancel a package for a full refund until its first week locks. After that lock the package is non-refundable; weeks already locked or played count as delivered.

If a week you hold is not delivered for a reason on our side — the pipeline is stopped, the league's fixtures for that week are cancelled, or we remove your sponsorship for a reason other than a breach of the terms — we refund that week. For a package we refund the undelivered weeks pro rata. A sponsorship removed for breach of the terms is not refunded.

A duplicate charge, a payment for a slot that turned out to be unavailable, or any other error on our side is refunded in full.

Write to hello@alphacore.com.tr with the e-mail address used at checkout and the Paddle transaction or invoice number. We answer within five working days. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank.

Sponsorship is sold as a business service. Where consumer law nonetheless applies to you, nothing here reduces the rights it gives you.
